Extremely surprised by the difference in the vest after a couple of weeks of use. I usually wear it for a short time in the morning and in the evening. My waist looks so much slimmer. Will definitely continue using it.

It is incredibly comfortable and supports both the stomach and back. As someone who has a lot of trouble with stomach pain, I am obviously impressed by the pain-relieving effect, because it tightens the stomach.
Like it a lot! But not sure how tight it should fit? I have medium and imagined it would fit quite tightly, but it doesn't, so how do I know if I have the right size?
