At Gymfit, we strive to deliver your products quickly and smoothly. Below is our shipping policy that describes how we handle your deliveries.

1. Delivery methods and shipping companies
We ship all our products via PostNord or other shipping companies. Deliveries may sometimes be made through alternative carriers depending on the size of the product or the destination.

2. Delivery Time
We strive to deliver your order within 8–15 business days from the time the order is placed. The delivery time may be affected by factors such as stock availability, seasonal variations, and external circumstances beyond our control, such as transport delays with carriers.

3. Shipping cost
We offer free shipping within Sweden and the Nordic countries on all orders. For international orders, shipping costs may apply depending on the destination.

4. Delivery address
It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery information when placing your order. If we are unable to deliver your order due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, we cannot be held responsible for any delays or additional costs.

5. Delivery to pickup point
If your order does not fit in your mailbox, it will be sent to your nearest pickup point. You will receive a notification via SMS or email with information on where you can collect your package.

6. Unclaimed packages
If you do not collect your package from the pickup point within the specified timeframe, the package will be returned to us. For recurring packages that are not collected, we charge a fee of 300 kronor to cover shipping, return shipping, and administration. If the value of the goods is less than 300 kronor, the entire order amount will be charged for uncollected packages.

7. Delays in delivery
In case of delays that are not communicated by us or the shipping company, please contact us at contact@gymfit.se so that we can investigate the situation and provide you with updated information about your order.

8. Import duties and customs
For international deliveries, import fees, customs duties, or taxes may apply, which are the customer's responsibility to pay. We recommend that you check the customs regulations in your country to avoid unexpected costs upon delivery.
