Shipping Policy

At Gymfit, we want to ensure that your order is delivered safely, transparently, and within the expected timeframe. Below you will find all important information about shipping, delivery times, and order processing.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to the following countries:
- Sweden
- Norway
- Denmark
- Finland
- Germany
- Austria
- Belgium
- France
- Netherlands
If more delivery countries are added, we will update this policy.
Shipping Costs
Free shipping on all orders to all delivery countries. No minimum order is required.
Shipping Partners
We work with the following carriers:
- PostNord
- DHL
- YunExpress
- SUNYOU
- 4PX
The carrier may vary depending on the delivery destination. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
Order Processing & Order Cutoff
- Orders placed before 14:00 (CET/CEST) are usually processed the same business day.
- Orders placed after 14:00 are processed the following business day.
- Order processing takes place Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays).
Delivery Times
The estimated delivery time is 8â15 business days after payment:
- Processing time: 1â3 business days
- Transit time: 7â12 business days
The timeframe begins once your order leaves our warehouse. During national holidays or periods of high demand, minor delays may occur. Delivery times are also stated on each product page.
Our orders are shipped from our international warehouse. Customs processing and the carrier's workload may affect delivery times within the stated range.
Customs, Taxes & Import Fees
EU countries (Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Netherlands):
Goods are cleared through customs at the EU border. Any applicable customs duties and import charges are included in the product price â no additional costs are charged to the customer.
Norway (outside the EU):
Norway is not a member of the EU, which means special rules apply:
- Orders under 350 NOK are duty-free and delivered without extra charges.
- Orders over 350 NOK may be subject to Norwegian import VAT (MVA 25%) and any customs duties upon clearance.
- These costs are paid by the customer upon delivery and are not included in the product price.
- We clearly inform Norwegian customers of this at checkout.
Delivery Address & Customer Responsibility
Please ensure that complete and accurate delivery details are provided when placing your order. Gymfit is not responsible for delays or returned packages caused by:
- an incomplete or incorrect address
- packages not being accepted
- packages not being collected within the pickup period from the agent
Undelivered or uncollected shipments
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address details or failure to collect it, we will always inform you in advance by email. Reshipment is free of charge if the error was caused by us. In the event of incorrect customer details, a new shipping fee may be charged.
Delays
In the event of delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure, customs processing, transport issues), we will inform you promptly. Such delays do not entitle you to compensation.
