As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. Below you will find all the information on how to exercise your right of withdrawal as well as a form you can use.

Applicable legislation by country

The right of withdrawal is governed by each country's consumer protection legislation:

  • Sweden: Distance Contracts Act (2005:59)
  • Norway: Right of Withdrawal Act
  • Denmark: Consumer Contracts Act
  • Finland: Consumer Protection Act (kuluttajansuojalaki)
  • Germany and the rest of the EU: EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights

Withdrawal period

The withdrawal period is 14 days counted from the day you or a person appointed by you (who is not the carrier) physically receives the goods.

For an order consisting of multiple partial deliveries, the period starts when you have received the last partial delivery.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal

by a clear statement (e.g. by email) of your decision to withdraw from the contract. You may use the withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

It is enough to send the notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires for the deadline to be considered met.

Effects of withdrawal

When you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including standard delivery costs (but not any extra cost for express shipping or another delivery method you chose beyond standard delivery).

The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we received your notice of withdrawal. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have shown that you have sent them back — whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed. No fees will be charged for the refund.

Returning the goods

You must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notified us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the 14-day period has expired.

Contact us at kontakt@gymfit.se to obtain the correct return address and return instructions before sending the goods back. Do not send them directly to the address on the package — the return address may vary depending on the product category and country of delivery.

Return shipping cost

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods in the event of a withdrawal. We recommend tracked shipping.

In the case of defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped goods, we will cover the return shipping cost in full.

Condition of the goods on return

You are responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. You may therefore inspect the goods in the same way as you would in a physical store, but not use them in a way that reduces their value.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods made according to your instructions or clearly customized for you
  • Sealed goods that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken (e.g. opened hygiene products, underwear, swimwear)
  • Goods that quickly deteriorate or become out of date
  • Digital content delivered where you have consented to the delivery beginning

Note: The right of withdrawal always applies to defective or incorrectly delivered goods, regardless of the above exceptions.

Norwegian customers – special information

As a Norwegian customer, the Right of Withdrawal Act applies. Please note that for orders over 350 NOK Norwegian import VAT (MVA 25%) and any customs duties may apply upon delivery. These charges do not affect your right of withdrawal – you always have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days regardless of customs costs.
