Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The following information explains your statutory right of withdrawal under the European Union consumer protection regulations.

Withdrawal period
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) receives the goods.
Exercising the right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by a clear statement (e.g., by email).
Send your withdrawal notification to: kontakt@gymfit.se. We need the following information:
- Full name
- Order number
- Item being withdrawn
- Optional comment on the reason (optional)
You can use the standard withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you,
using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 7 days after the day we have received the returned item or you have provided proof that the item has been sent back – whichever occurs first.
You will not be charged any fees due to the refund.
Return of goods
After you have exercised your right of withdrawal, you will receive from us:
- the correct return address, and
- a return instruction.
Return the item within 14 days from the day you informed us that you are exercising your right of withdrawal. The deadline is considered met if you hand over the item to the carrier before the 14-day period has expired.
Important:
Do not return any goods without prior contact and do not use the sender address on the package. We will inform you of the correct address individually via email, as it may vary depending on the item category and warehouse location.
Condition of goods upon return
You are only responsible for any diminished value of the item if this is due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item.
Return costs
You bear the direct costs of returning the item unless it is a defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered item. In these cases, we cover the return shipping cost.
