Terms & Conditions of Purchase

These terms and conditions of purchase apply to all purchases made via gymfit.se, operated by SKYLINE STRATEGIES LIMITED. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms.

These terms and conditions of purchase apply exclusively to consumers—private individuals purchasing for purposes outside their trade, business, or profession—with delivery to Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Germany, and the rest of the EU.
§ 2 Formation of contract
The product presentation on gymfit.se does not constitute a binding offer but an invitation to place an order (invitatio ad offerendum). When you submit your order, you make a binding offer to purchase.
You will receive an automatic order confirmation by email confirming that the order has been received – this does not yet constitute a binding contract.
The purchase agreement takes effect when we:
- confirm the order in a separate email, or
- ship the goods and send a shipping confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse orders in the event of suspected fraud, incorrect information, technical errors, or if the item is no longer available. In such cases, any payments made will be refunded immediately.
§ 3 Prices & payment
Prices are stated in local currency depending on your country and are final prices including all fees. As SKYLINE STRATEGIES LIMITED is based in Hong Kong, no local VAT applies for EU countries – the price you see is the total price you pay.
Note for Norwegian customers: Norway is not an EU member. Orders over 350 NOK may be subject to Norwegian import VAT (25% MVA) and any customs duties at clearance. These costs are paid by the customer upon delivery and are not included in the product price.
We reserve the right to change prices. For orders already confirmed, the price shown at the time of ordering applies.
Payment is made at checkout. We accept:
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Klarna
- Swish (Sweden)
- Shopify Payments
Payments are processed via certified and PCI-DSS-compliant payment service providers. We do not store full card details in our own systems.
In the event of late payment, we are entitled to charge default interest in accordance with applicable law.
§ 4 Delivery & shipping
We deliver to Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, and the Netherlands. Shipping is free – no minimum order required.
Estimated delivery time is 8–15 business days after payment:
- Processing time: 1–3 business days
- Transit time: 7–12 business days
Delivery time is stated on each product page. We work with PostNord, DHL, YunExpress, SUNYOU, and 4PX. A tracking link is sent by email after dispatch.
Goods are shipped from our international warehouse and undergo standard customs processing. For deliveries within the EU, all customs duties are included in the price. For Norway, charges may apply on orders over 350 NOK.
The risk for the goods passes to the buyer when the goods are handed over to the buyer or to a person designated by the buyer. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
§ 5 Retention of title
Delivered goods remain the property of Gymfit until full payment has been received.
§ 6 Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. Applicable legislation by country:
- Sweden: Distance Contracts Act (2005:59)
- Norway: Right of Withdrawal Act
- Denmark: Consumer Contracts Act
- Finland: Consumer Protection Act (kuluttajansuojalaki)
- Germany and the rest of the EU: EU Directive 2011/83/EU
Full information and withdrawal form are available on our Right of Withdrawal page. You are responsible for the return shipping cost when exercising your right of withdrawal.
We will refund the purchase price including the standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, provided that we have received the goods or proof that they have been returned.
§ 7 Open purchase – 30 days
In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we offer 30-day open purchase for unused, unopened products in original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Contact us at kontakt@gymfit.se to initiate a return.
§ 8 Complaints & warranty
In the event of a defective or incorrectly delivered item, the following complaint rights apply:
- Sweden: 3 years – Consumer Sales Act (2022:260)
- Norway: 5 years for goods intended to last substantially longer
- Denmark, Finland, Germany, and the rest of the EU: at least 2 years
Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered. Contact us at kontakt@gymfit.se or +86 133 1885 1217. We offer repair, replacement delivery, price reduction, or full refund. For approved complaints, we cover all shipping costs.
§ 9 Limitation of liability
We are liable without limitation in cases of:
- Intent or gross negligence
- Personal injury
- Liability under product liability law
In cases of slight negligence, we are liable only for direct damages related to essential contractual obligations, limited to foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or consequential damages.
§ 10 Personal data
Processing of personal data takes place in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the GDPR. Supervisory authorities responsible: IMY (Sweden), Datatilsynet (Norway/Denmark), Tietosuojavaltuutettu (Finland), BfDI (Germany).
§ 11 Intellectual property
All content on gymfit.se – text, images, graphics, logos, and trademarks – is protected by copyright and belongs to SKYLINE STRATEGIES LIMITED or our licensors. Any use without written permission is prohibited.
§ 12 Changes to the terms and conditions of purchase
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions of purchase. For contracts already entered into, the version that applied at the time of ordering shall apply. Registered customers will be informed of material changes by email.
§ 13 Governing law & dispute resolution
Swedish law applies as the default. For consumers in other countries, the mandatory consumer protection laws of their own country always apply.

We undertake to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before the above boards.
§ 14 Severability clause
If any provision in these terms and conditions of purchase is found to be invalid, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that as closely as possible reflects the original purpose.
