Please read these terms of use carefully before using our website or placing an order. By accessing www.gymfit.se and placing an order, you agree to these terms.
§ 1 Company Information

These terms apply exclusively to consumers – private individuals shopping for purposes outside their trade or business – with delivery to Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Germany, and the rest of the EU.
§ 2 Conclusion of Contract
The product presentation on gymfit.se does not constitute a binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. By submitting your order, you make a binding offer to purchase. You will receive an automatic order confirmation by email acknowledging receipt – this does not yet constitute a binding contract.
The purchase contract comes into effect when we:
- confirm your order in writing in a separate email, or
- dispatch the goods and send a shipping confirmation.
If a product is unavailable or an order cannot be processed, we will inform you and fully refund any payments already made. We reserve the right to reject orders in the event of suspected fraud, incorrect information, or system errors.
§ 3 Prices & Payment
Prices are shown in local currency depending on your country and are final prices including all fees. As SKYLINE STRATEGIES LIMITED is based in Hong Kong, no local VAT applies – the price you see is the total price you pay.
Note for Norwegian customers: Norway is not an EU member. Orders over 350 NOK may be subject to Norwegian import VAT (MVA 25%) and any customs duties upon clearance. These costs are paid by the customer upon delivery.
We reserve the right to change prices. For orders already confirmed, the prices shown at the time of ordering apply.
Payment is made at checkout. We accept:
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Klarna
- Swish (Sweden)
- Shopify Payments
Payments are processed via certified and PCI-DSS-compliant payment service providers. We do not store any full card details in our own systems.
§ 4 Delivery & Shipping
We deliver to Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Germany, and the rest of the EU. Shipping is free – no minimum order required.
Estimated delivery time is 8–15 business days after payment:
- Processing time: 1–3 business days
- Transit time: 7–12 business days
Goods are shipped from our international warehouse and go through standard customs handling. For deliveries within the EU, all customs duties are included in the price. For Norway, fees may apply for orders over 350 NOK.
A tracking link will be sent by email after dispatch. Delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control do not entitle you to compensation.
§ 5 Retention of Title
Delivered goods remain the property of Gymfit until full payment has been received.
§ 6 Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from receipt of the goods, without giving any reason:
- Sweden: Distance Contracts Act (2005:59)
- Norway: Right of Withdrawal Act
- Denmark, Finland, Germany, and the rest of the EU: EU Directive 2011/83/EU
Full information and withdrawal form are available on our Right of Withdrawal page. You are responsible for the return shipping cost when exercising the right of withdrawal.
We will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, provided that we have received the goods or proof that they have been returned.
§ 7 Open Purchase – 30 Days
In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we offer 30-day open purchase for unused, unopened products in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping.
§ 8 Complaints & Warranty
For defective or incorrectly delivered goods, the following complaint rights apply:
- Sweden: 3 years – Consumer Sales Act (2022:260)
- Norway: 5 years for goods intended to last significantly longer
- Denmark, Finland, Germany, and the rest of the EU: at least 2 years
Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered. Contact us at kontakt@gymfit.se or +86 133 1885 1217. We offer repair, replacement delivery, price reduction, or a full refund.
§ 9 Limitation of Liability
We are fully liable for:
- intent or gross negligence
- personal injury
- liability under the Product Liability Act
In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for direct damages related to essential contractual obligations, limited to foreseeable and contract-typical damages. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
§ 10 Data Protection
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the GDPR. Responsible supervisory authorities: IMY (Sweden), Datatilsynet (Norway/Denmark), Tietosuojavaltuutettu (Finland), BfDI (Germany).
§ 11 Intellectual Property
All content on www.gymfit.se – texts, images, graphics, logos, design, and trademarks – is protected by copyright and belongs to SKYLINE STRATEGIES LIMITED or our licensors. Any use without written permission is prohibited.
§ 12 Changes to the Terms of Use
We reserve the right to update these terms. The version applicable at the time of ordering is the relevant version. Registered customers will be informed of material changes by email.
§ 13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Swedish law applies as the default. For consumers in other countries, the mandatory consumer protection laws of their own country always apply.

We commit to participating in dispute resolution proceedings before the above boards.
§ 14 Severability Clause
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that comes as close as possible to the original purpose.
