Shipping and delivery

Which countries do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Norway and Sweden.

What does shipping cost?
Free shipping on all orders. No minimum order required.

When is my order processed?
Orders placed before 14:00 (CET) are usually processed the same business day. Orders after 14:00 (CET) are processed the next business day. Order handling takes place Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).

How long is the delivery time?
Handling time: 1 to 3 business days.
Transit time: 7 to 12 business days.
Total delivery time: approximately 8 to 15 business days from when the order leaves our warehouse.

Do I get tracking?
Yes. When your order has been shipped you will receive an email with a tracking link.

What happens if I entered the wrong address or don’t collect the package?
Make sure the address details are correct. Gymfit is not responsible for delays or returns caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, failure to receive the package, or failure to collect the package from a pickup point in time. If a package is returned for this reason, a new shipping fee may be charged for re-delivery. We always notify in advance via email.

Are there customs or import fees?
Any import fees, taxes or duties are determined by the recipient country's regulations and are paid by the recipient.

Returns and right of withdrawal

Do I have a right to return?
Yes. You have the right to return items within 14 days from receipt of the order, provided the conditions for return are met.

What are the conditions for returns?
The product must be unused and in like-new condition, free from damage not caused during transport, in its original condition and preferably in the original packaging with tags, and free from stains, odors, signs of use or wear.

Which items cannot be returned?
For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of: swimwear, personal or custom-made products, as well as digital products or downloads.

How do I make a return?
Always contact us before sending anything. Send an email to kontakt@gymfit.se with full name, order number, which products you wish to return and an optional reason. You will then receive return instructions and the correct return address. Do not send packages to the sender address on the packaging.

Which return address do you use?
Return address may vary by product category and warehouse location and will be provided after contact. Delivery address for returns:

How long do I have to send the item back?
Once you have received the return instructions you have 14 days to send the item back. The deadline is considered met if you hand the package to the carrier within these 14 days.

Who pays the return postage?
For right-of-withdrawal returns the customer is responsible for the return postage. For defective, damaged or incorrect products, Gymfit pays the return postage. We do not accept packages sent COD or with cash on delivery.

Do you charge any fee for returns?
No handling fees or restocking fees are charged.

When will I get a refund?
Refunds are processed within 7 days after we have received and inspected the return, using the same payment method used for the purchase. Refunds may be withheld until the item is received or until you provide proof that the item has been returned.

Exchanges

Can I exchange size or color?
Yes, exchanges are accepted within 14 days, for example size or color exchanges. The customer is responsible for return postage for the original item. The replacement item is shipped after the return has been received and inspected. Always contact us before sending an exchange.

Complaints (defective, damaged or incorrect item)

What do I do if I received a defective, damaged or incorrect product?
Contact us immediately at kontakt@gymfit.se. Depending on the situation we offer replacement delivery, repair or remedy, partial refund or full refund. For approved complaints we pay the return postage and postage for any replacement product.

Statutory right of withdrawal (EU)

How does the EU right of withdrawal work?
As a consumer in the EU you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving reasons. To exercise the right of withdrawal you must notify us by email with clear information that you wish to withdraw from the contract, as well as name, order number and item. You will then receive return instructions and the correct return address.

Is there a standard withdrawal form?
Yes, but it is optional. If you wish you can email: that you want to withdraw from the contract, order number, name, address, item and date of order or receipt.
