How do I know which size to choose?
We have a size guide based on your height. Most adult players (170–185 cm) fit size M. See the size guide under the images for exact measurements.

Do I need socks over the guards?
Yes. ProShield Elite is designed to be worn under your regular football socks — so standard rules in Swedish football are followed.

Will they last for several seasons?
With normal use (2–4 matches per week), the guards last at least one full season. Many of our customers use them for two seasons without the EVA foam losing its cushioning ability.

Do they fit if I have wide calves?
Yes. The stretchy polyester/nylon blend adapts to the shape of your leg within the first few matches. If you have unusually wide calves, choose one size up.

Can they be machine washed?
We recommend hand washing in cold water to preserve the EVA cushioning for as long as possible. Air dry — never place on a radiator.

What size should I choose? Measure the circumference around the widest part of your calf. XS (30-34cm), S (35-38cm), M (39-42cm), L (43-46cm), XL (47+ cm).

Can I wash them? Yes — hand wash in lukewarm water. Let them air dry. Avoid machine washing and tumble drying.

Do they fit under football socks? Yes, the thin material means they fit comfortably under socks without feeling bulky.

How long do they last? With normal use, the EVA material lasts a full season. Replace them if visible cracks appear or the cushioning is lost.

Can I use them in a match? Yes, they are approved for match play under UEFA regulations for protective equipment.
