Gymfit Calf Recovery™ Sleeve. Gives your calves the muscle work that stops nighttime cramps before they start
The calf muscle is built to work. Every step you take pushes blood upward from the lower legs, toward the heart, toward the rest of the body. That’s why it’s called the body’s second heart. And that’s why a day at a desk, in the car, or standing behind a counter makes your calves feel heavy by five o’clock.
That’s also why the night turns out the way it does. A muscle that hasn’t moved all day doesn’t stop asking for movement because you lie down. It asks louder. The cramp at three in the morning, the legs that need to move, the restlessness that makes you walk laps in the kitchen. It’s all the same signal: the calves want the contraction they never got.
Magnesium calms the signal for a while. Compression socks squeeze a muscle that’s still standing still anyway. Stretching helps for ten seconds. None of it gives the muscle the work it’s asking for.
Gymfit Calf Recovery™ Sleeve does. In 10 minutes, before you go to bed, while you’re sitting on the sofa.
Here’s how it works
Wrap the sleeve around your calf. The hook-and-loop fastener closes in two seconds. Press a button. Then three things happen at once.
- First, the heat. Infrared heat spreads through the entire calf and softens a muscle that’s been tense since lunch. You feel it within a minute.
- Then, the vibration. It wakes up tired muscle fibers and gives the same heavy, pleasant feeling as when someone massages your calf with their thumbs.
- Then, the EMS pulses. Small electrical impulses that make the calf muscle contract and relax, over and over again. Exactly what happens when you walk. The muscle gets its work. The pump gets going. The signal goes quiet.
After ten minutes, the unit switches off by itself. Does the other calf need it too? Move the sleeve in two seconds, press once more, and run it for ten minutes there. Then take it off, turn off the light, and lie down. Your calves have already had what they need. They don’t need to wake you up to ask for it.
This isn’t a miracle cure. It’s ten minutes of muscle work that your legs should have gotten during the day. The difference is that most people feel lighter calves already the first evening, and nights usually get calmer within one to two weeks of daily use.
Not another gadget on the nightstand
No cord in the wall. No loose electrodes to place correctly. No manual to learn. One sleeve, one button, USB-C charging that lasts a whole week. Easier than putting on a sock.
And the price? Less than a single massage session. Which you would also have had to book every week.
This is for you if:
- You wake up from calf cramps or legs that won’t stay still
- You have heavy, tired legs after long days on your feet or at a desk
- Your calves and ankles swell in the evening
- Your legs feel stiff in the morning
- You want recovery after training without booking an appointment with anyone
- You sit for long periods on flights, in the car, or in front of the computer
What you get:
- Three technologies in one unit. Infrared heat, vibration, and EMS. Each one does part of the job. Together, they do it all.
- 75 combinations. 5 modes and 15 intensity levels. Start low the first evening, increase as your calf gets used to it.
- 10 minutes per calf, then silent. Automatic shutoff. Move to the other calf in two seconds if both need it.
- 800 mAh battery. USB-C charging, 6 to 9 sessions per charge. Cable included.
- Adjustable hook-and-loop closure. Flexible fit from 32 to 61 cm depending on size. Stays secure without squeezing.

Frequently asked questions:
Will it fit my calf?
The adjustable hook-and-loop closure fits calf circumferences from 32 to 61 cm depending on size, covering most people. Measure at the thickest part of the calf, about 12 cm below the knee. If you’re outside the size range, we’ll exchange it for another size free of charge within 30 days.
Is one sleeve enough for both legs?
Yes. Run it for 10 minutes on one calf, move it over in two seconds, and run it for 10 minutes on the other. If you want to treat both calves at the same time and cut the time in half, order two.
How is it different from regular foot massage devices and compression boots?
Pulse foot massagers send the signal through the soles of the feet, far from the calf muscle where the pump actually sits, and often cost several thousand kronor. Compression boots use only air pressure, with no EMS and no muscle activation. The Gymfit Calf Recovery™ Sleeve wraps directly around the calf, combines heat, vibration, and EMS in one unit, and runs on a rechargeable 800 mAh battery. No cords and for a fraction of the price.
Can I use it with a pacemaker, defibrillator, or during pregnancy?
No. Do not use the unit if you have a pacemaker, implanted defibrillator, or other electronic implant. Do not use during pregnancy. Also avoid use if you have epilepsy, an active blood clot, or open wounds on the calf. If you use blood thinners or have reduced sensation in your legs, consult a doctor first.
How long is a session? Can I sleep with it on?
10 minutes per calf, once a day. The unit switches off by itself. Use it right before bed, then take it off and lie down. The effect comes from the muscle having worked, not from the sleeve staying on for a long time.
How long does the battery last?
The 800 mAh battery gives 60 to 90 minutes of use per full charge, meaning 6 to 9 sessions. USB-C cable included. Full charging takes about 90 minutes.
How quickly will I notice a difference?
Most people feel something after the first session: warmth, a low tingle, and lighter calves. Calmer nights usually come within 7 to 14 days of daily use. Stronger muscle feeling and less evening swelling build up during the first month.
Does EMS hurt?
No. At low intensity, it feels like a light tingle and a gentle twitch in the muscle. You control the level yourself and can increase it as your calf gets used to it.
How do I clean it?
Wipe the outer fabric with a damp cloth and let it air dry. Never submerge it in water; the electronics are inside. The hook-and-loop fastener lasts for over 1000 openings.
What if the size is wrong?
No problem. We offer a 30-day return period and easy size exchanges. Contact our customer service and we’ll help you.
