RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Gymfit, we strive to deliver fantastic products and guarantee 100% customer satisfaction. We offer at least a 30-day warranty on all our products.
Return Process:
- Contact us via our website and specify which item(s) you wish to return and the reason.
- Once you have received our return instructions, please use the original packaging to pack the items to be returned.
- Drop off your package at your local post office.
- Most returns are processed within 5 business days after receipt. Once the refund has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email.
Return Policy:
- You have 30 days to decide if a product suits you. If you want to return or exchange an item, contact us within 30 days of delivery.
- Returned items must be unused and in the original packaging. We do not accept items that have been used, damaged, washed, or modified.
- Returns without a proper return request will not be accepted.
- We do not provide Freight To Collect (FTC) for returns. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
- Be sure to double-check your return before sending it.
- Restocking fee: We do not charge any restocking fee.
Return Rules:
- Late delivery: We promise delivery within 30 days, otherwise you get 50 SEK back.
- Defect/Manufacturing fault/Quality issue: We will send a replacement item.
- Does not fit (wrong size/color): Refund, but the customer is responsible for return shipping.
- Changed mind (no longer want the item): Refund, but the customer pays for return shipping.
- Wrong item received (wrong or missing item): Refund, and we cover the return shipping.
- Package damaged on arrival: We will send a replacement item.
- Incorrect delivery information: Check your delivery information when ordering and notify us of any changes.
- Other (please specify in the message): Contact us and we will assist you.
Return Address:
If you wish to return items, please contact us to get the current return address. Do not send your return to the address on the package, as this is not our return address and may affect the handling of your return.
