2. Order and agreement
When you place an order on our website, you enter into an agreement with us. You will receive an order confirmation via email, which confirms that your order has been received. The agreement comes into effect when we have sent this confirmation. If any item is unavailable or we are unable to fulfill your order, we will inform you of this and refund any payments that have been made.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices on the website are stated in SEK and are exclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to make price changes, printing errors, or incorrect information on the website. Payment is made via Klarna, which offers various payment options such as invoice, card payment, and installment payment. When you place your order, you will be directed to Klarna to complete the payment.
4. Delivery
We strive to deliver your products within 8–15 business days after the order has been placed. Deliveries are made via PostNord or other shipping companies. In case of any delays on the part of the shipping company, we cannot be held responsible. If there are changes to the delivery time, we will inform you as soon as possible.
5. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
According to the Distance Selling Act, you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the date you received the item. The return must be made within this period, and the items must be unused and in their original packaging. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Upon approved return, the amount will be refunded within 14 days. The return shipping is paid by you, and the products should be sent well-packaged.
6. Complaint
If the item is defective or incorrect upon delivery, please contact us immediately at kontakt@gymfit.seWe commit to replacing or repairing defective goods in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act. If the complaint is approved, we will cover the return shipping. Upon an approved complaint, the amount will be refunded or a replacement item will be sent out.
7. Personal Data
By ordering products, you consent to us processing the personal data you provide in accordance with our privacy policy. We collect and store your information to fulfill orders, provide customer service, and send marketing if you have consented to this.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are only responsible for direct damages that may occur from the use of our website or products, and we are not liable for indirect damages or consequential damages. We take no responsibility for delays that arise due to circumstances beyond our control, such as force majeure, labor disputes, or delivery issues from external parties.
9. Changes to the Terms of Use
We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. The amended terms will be published on our website and are considered accepted upon your next order or visit to the site.
10. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved through customer service, you as a customer can turn to the National Board for Consumer Complaints (ARN). For residents of other EU countries, there is the option to use the EU's platform for dispute resolution. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Swedish law.
